I would try to start with some protein shakes...Try one in the morning and maybe one in the afternoon.  This tends to make me feel full longer... I am started a tread and will try to do it daily for accountablity and support.  Join in....also try to log your intake into FITDAY.COM.  This is a free site and very helpful with tracking your intake. Also as far as the labs.  I think I have a list of the labs my surgeon wants me to do on a yearly basis.  I plan to get off this computer sometime this morning and start cleaning out my desk and my closet so I will look for it and post it later today.  If not I will call on Monday and have a copy faxed to me and then post it.  Let's all work together we have come to far to fall off the wagon.....I have faith you can get on track once again....

I love Champion Nutrition Pure Whey Stack Cookies & Cream. The Vitamin Shoppe on Magazine sells Champion Nutrition but not the Cookies & Cream, so I order mine from the Internet.

Jodi Hi!  THANKS for the great lab info!  I am going to go to my PCP soon and I will ask him to do those labs for sure...... I did the 5 day pouch test last week and I actually am feeling full much much quicker.  Also, i am going to try to incorporate the protein shakes into my daily eating. I think that would be great for you to start a thread for accountability and I will participate as much as possible. Thanks again and BTW, you look GREAT!!!!  :) Lorri
