Hello fellew OHers! I am home from my surgery!! Phew what a ride so far!!! Thanks to everyone who sent soooo much love and prayers while I was in the hospital..Thanks Ms Frances and Ms Faye sooo much for checking in on me!! All of you guys have been such a great part of my journey and love each one of you for this!!!  Everything went well Monday.  I can say  it was painful the first day.  My upper GI came out fine and all blood work looks great.  I did some walking the very first day and have been moving forward since.  Walking did help with the pain and gas.  It wasnt easy I must admit, but I pushed myself as I want this to work for me!!  Thanks again to all who were there physically and spiritualy..I have never felt so much love in the life!! I felt everyone there with me!! I will write a blog when I am feeling better in detail of my stay..I have some funny things and tough things to post!! If anyone out there needs info or help, please dont hesitate to ask!!! Luv to all!! And may God continue to bless each one of you!!! Paticia

In my heart, I'm jumping up and down for you! I guess you know in my body, I'm not quite jumping, but you have given me more motivation this week than you will ever know. I was going to come by this morning, but my surgery was cancelled ...whoops, didn't mention surgery did I? I didn't want to add to the load you were already carrying.  Some doctor's playing favorites, that's all I got to say. He wouldn't dream of cancelling you, but drop me the afternoon before my surgery! (ok, ya know I'm kidding) It was awesome meeting your entire family and don't think you are through with me yet. My best friend's from Raceland and I think we will be going down your parts in a few weeks. If you haven't made it back up here, we might have to do a "New U on the Road" meeting! You take care, Patricia. You are very special to us and we have NOTHING, but the best in our hopes and prayers for you. Blessed to know ya! Frances
