Recommendation for BR plastic surgeon

I am seeking a recommenation for a plastic surgeon in the Baton Rouge area for thighplasty, abdominoplasty, lower body list, and arms too.  Can anyone make a personal recommendation? Thanks, Beth

I have had a consult with Dr. Jonathan Kaplan for post bariatric plastics. I would like to have abdominal and arm work done. I really liked his personality and approach. His office staff was incredibly helpful (this is not always a given). Pre-weight loss surgery, I had a bust reduction with Dr. Anne Reily. I didn't consult with her because her practice was not taking insurance patients for this type of work, but later I found very few plastic surgeons are working with post-weight loss patients on an insurance basis because it's so rare that insurance will cover these procedures.  Anyhoo, I can't say enough good about Dr. Reily as a professional and a gentle, wonderful person. After some tough pregnancies, weight gain and then weight loss, my breasts have held up very well. I'm no flasher, but I would dare say "A work of art!" Best to you Beth! Frances

Please let me know if you find someone, I am looking for someone too.  As well, I am trying to find out what is the best way to go about getting insurance to pay for some if not all of it.  I had the surgery July 26th and have lost 108 lbs.  I am now having a little bit of back trouble I truly think it is because of the excess hanging in the front.  

My doctor told me that insurance will pay if you have chronic ulcerations and treatment for the ulcerations under the excess flesh, especially below the abdominal area.  When you go to the doctor repeatedly for the ulcers/infections, eventually insurance will or should pay.  The rest of the plastic surgery...uh, you're probably on your own.  I'm saving my pocket change in a Kentwood water bottle now, 1 week out from surgery.   lol  I'd love to know what a tummy tuck, boob lift and thigh job would actually cost.
