Happy Holidays to you all!

Well, I am sorry that I missed the support group meeting at Ochsner last week. I went to see Dr. Richardson on Thursday for my 6 month (actually will be 7 months on the 30th) check-up, and I am now down to 188 pounds. I have lost a total of 121 pounds!! I have been doing the happy dance for a while now. I love my new life and thank God for it everyday. I hope you guys have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.  Thank for the support! Titania
