Do everyone who has weight loss surgery need plastic surgery??
There are many factors that go into the need for post-surgery plastics: Age, starting weight, race, genetics even number of pregnancies.
Everyone isbetter off if they exercise and hydrate well ( not minimum) from the very beginning. Some of those folks will do everything well and still themselves with loose saggy skin.
I drink a lot of water and exercise, but the skin on my arms is beyond understanding. I can see a smaller upper arm in there, but there's just inches upon inches of extra skin and I sometimes need clothes too big so they fit "ok" over my arms and tummy (other problem area).
That being said, do everything that's suggested to avoid plastics, but realize that ya just won't know until you know.
Wishing you well,
Frances
