Six month checkup

Well I went to Dr. R. today for my six month checkup and they were very happy with my weight loss I am at 46% weight loss and have lost 120 pounds since I started with Dr. K. in March and 9 inches in my waist and 7 1/2 inches in my hips since March. I think I am doing good. Don't have to go back and see the Dr. for six months.

Good, No!...You're doing GREAT! Bernie...thats a lot of weight to lose in just 6 months...congratrulations on your success...i hope i do as well as you!

WOW! That is amazing! I'm 3 weeks out and my weight hasn't moved much. I went down 5 lbs and stalled for these 3 weeks....but it looks like 5 more just vanished today...yea! Keep up the good work. Carolyn
