Help with the "Ticker"

Once you set up your ticker @ tickerfactory dont worry about coping the code itself, just highlight the entire picture of the ticker and copy it...then you shoud be able to paste it into your introduction, blog or story on your profile (where ever you want) even here as your signature...just go to user settings over there <=== on the top left of this page...i am also leaving you the tutioral link to help you out, Goodluck, Dreamz  http://www.obesityhelp.com/content/tutorials.html
