Stall!!! help me
Just be patient and it will fall all of a sudden...saw this with my daughter and husband at the same weeks post op. They both drove me crazy when the stall came. May want to try more protein if you can tolerate it. But believe me it will drop all of a sudden. THey lasted about two weeks so you should start moving the scale DOWN very soon. You will wake up one morning in the next few days and weigh and you will drop 5 or more lbs in one night! THey both did!
So glad your doing good. How much have you lost now?! Been reading your post...I remember the day you got your date....I love it when people get their date! I will never forget the feelings I had the day my husband got his date....He will tell you real quick he would do it all over again....the 23rd is his one year post op and down 117 lbs and looks GREAT!
Just HANG>>>>it wil GO!
Linda
I am down 32 pounds total, that includes my pre-op liquid diet also. Even though I have had some crazy complications. Some I didnt even mention on here, I would do it all over again tomorrow. Its just I am doing everything I am supposed to do and Im stuck. I read on here of people who are eating stuff they arent supposed to and they are dropping like crazy and it makes me wonder what I am doing wrong.
I know how frustrating stalls can be, but they really are a normal part of the weight loss process. You'll experience stalls occasionally. But the key is to keep doing everything you know to do... eat protein first, drink your water, and exercise. The stall will break and the pounds will start to drop again, I promise!
Sorry about your stall, it will happen soon enough. Now you know I need to ask about those other complications...... straight from the big chicken....LoL Are you going to be at the meeting Tuesday? Are you doing ok and how about your sis in law? I am talking more about it so I think I'm getting ready.
Have a Good Weekend!!
