Does anyone know if Ochsner does this surgery?

The nurse talked about this procedure at our last support group meeting at Ochsner. She did say that they usually only do this procedure on people who have many medical problems. She also said that most insurances do not cover it. Hope this helps if you have any other questions let me know. Titania

As Titiana said they mentioned it but your best bet is to call them and ask the number is (504)842-4070.

I will do that next visit.  I don't know what I want.....I'm just chicken of all of them.  I guess I'm leaning to RNY.
