Haven't posted in awhile and just wanted to say hello...

Hello Louisiana people.  I haven't posted in forever and wanted to stop by and say hello.     It's neat to see the people from a year or so ago and all the drastic changes.   I can say that I've had a few myself.  :)     I do have a question...  How does one get their before and after photos added to the Louisiana board on the main page?

Hello there!  I would suggest sending a message to Amy Williams, she is on the OH staff.  She should be able to help you with getting your before/after pics posted! Congratulations on your weight loss!

Hey you!  I was going to ask you about your work out regimen these days but you answered my questions on your profile!  Your transformation is nothing short of miraculous.  I have been thinking about doing my before and after as well, but I really wanted to reach goal first.  But, I am starting to think this might be it.  I haven't lost anything since March.  I might wait a little while longer and take a page out of your book and switch up my exercise routine to see if that will jump start something!  All my best, Lisa

I haven't lost anything in a couple months either.   I've actually gained around 7 pounds but I'm pretty sure that it may be muscle...  well I hope it's muscle.  :)   I've been taking some supplements along with Creatine.
