What a WoW moment

i have been really lucky with my weight loss and i am down about 235lbs in 6 months but the  other night i was sitting on the floor with my wife and i wondered if i could  touch my nose  to my  toes  and i freakin  did it, That is no easy task for a man who was at one time  570lbs!!!!  Just thought i would share!!

Congrats on the weight loss.  You are doing a fabulous job!!   I just took a look at your profile and noticed the picture of your son sucking his two middle fingers.  I so love that picture, it brings back memories of my daughter.  She always sucked her two middle fingers when she was a baby.   Thanks for sharing your WOW moment. 

Thank God to hear some one else went thru the  finger stage  i have a often wondered  if he would ever stop! 

For us it was the day she turned 7.  She wanted her ears pierced and we told her she would have to stop sucking her fingers.  Once she started preschool she only sucked them at night, if I could in some ways go back to that time.  Hard to believe my little finger sucking girl is now an adult. 

Great WOW moment.  I know you felt  wonderful.  I remember when you started your journey and you have just done absolutely fantastic.
