Holy crap!! A size 8?!?!?
I posted this on the lap band forum but wanted to share with my Louisiana peeps!....
Ok, I just about cried when I tried on and fit into 6 pair of size 8 pants & shorts today!! I had to try on several from different manufacturers just to be sure!! LOL!!
My original goal was to be in a size 12 and now I'm a size 8!! Whoa!! Color me stoked!
Hey Tricia! Long time no see (and I see there's less of you to see). Congrats on the Size 8--that's fantastic. BTW, you'll have to remove that picture of me from your pictures--cuz I don't look like that anymore!!! Whew, I was shocked when I saw that. Anyway, try to come to the next get-together, OK? Jen
Tricia, as a fellow Bayou Babe and Lap Bandster, I am so thrilled by your progress and the motivation that you provide. Your victories are our victories because you share your infectious excitement with us -- this means a lot. You absolutely ROCK! Frances

Tricia,
I am new to OH and I live in Louisiana. I am in the process of choosing between LapBand and RNY. I have 160 to lose and was hesitant to get the band because I heard results were not that high and you don't lose as quickly. But after seeing your pictures, I have to say I am considering the Band. You are absolutely gorgeous. You were pretty before but WOW . Great Job. If you could tell me how much you lost and how long it took I would appreciate it. And what are your feelings on all the comments of having a foreign object in your body, did you have slippage, and does it hurt to get a fill. Thanks and many blessings
