What happened last night?

For the second time, I drove all the way to N.O. from Covington (took time off work) only to find no one at the meeting site for the Ochsner Support Group!!! Does anyone know what happened? Jen

I went also, and they had a board up saying the meeting was rescheduled until Thursday the 17th at 5:30.

Hey Rozzy, A water pipe broke in the conference room, that's why it was rescheduled to Thursday night. I was irritated, but I felt really bad for you guys driving the long distance. I hope you come back tomorrow. I'm going to be there, but I get off work at 5:00 which puts me there at about 5: 45. Dianna

Rozzy, I'm also sorry you were given misinformation. The boards that we had out stated the Patient Education Seminar was cancelled from the 10th and moved to the 17th. When we were notified of the situation last week and we frantically called everyone that signed up to notify them. The Patient Education Seminar and The Support Group are two different things and are titled as such. Please feel free to give me a call anytime for further info. or feedback. Thank goodness I signed decided to sign on tonight and read the board. We do listen and care about what our pts have to say because your the best and we're here for you! Thanks, Melissa
