Kat, I am going to Austin this weekend to visit my sister-in-law. She is undergoing chemo for breast cancer. I would love to go back in June to see her and also to go to the conference. I am not sure if I can go, it depends on finances. How are you feeling? How was the trip back to Texas? One of the nurses from my floor had his WLS last Wednesday with Dr. Richardson. I'm doing really well, enjoying being able to move about fairly freely. I'm looking for a job now and hoping that I find something soon... please keep my family in your prayers, it's been a hard road getting my surgery, and now that I've had it, we're having one small "disaster" after another. hubby's surgery, then mine, his dad sprained an ankle, the job I lined up fell through... lined up another and IT fell through... so now I'm on the hunt again and it's really really gotten stressful. Just really struggling here, and hoping to beat the disconnection notices So prayers could really help us just keep our home

OK, I'm confused b/c when I went to the events page it says June 30 but when you click to buy tickets it says June 2. I guess it is on June 2 and I'd love to go and meet up with some of the Louisiana crew. I need to figure out if I can work it out -- it's far for us and I think my boys may be at Boy Scout camp then.
