Insurance coverage - State of Louisiana

Sometime back there was a lady who posted on this site who was working toward having the State of Louisiana's insurance cover WLS. If you are out there please contact me. I am a state employee and I want to know what I can do to help expedite this matter. If that is possible. Thanks. Toogie
