Life is so busy once you lose
Well, I am now 14 months out and life is fantastic. I started my journey at 218 and today I am playing between 122-124. Wow, is life fantastic. I did something I never thought I would do and that is snowsking. This past Christmas we took a vacation to Salt Lake City, gosh what a blast. I am so grateful that I had this surgery and had lost my weight, if not I never would have been able to do what I did. I skied, and snowboarded, went sledding (a walk back up the hill a good distance) We had so much fun. Loved the snowmobiling too, what a blast but sure was cold.
I posted some pictures on my profile.
Welcome to the newbies, good luck on your journeys. It sure is fun!!!
Hugs,
Jodi

Haven't seen you on this site lately, but thought about you.
Keep up the good work, you inspire me.
I am almost 9 months out and have lost 111 lbs.
I thank God for this tool that we have been blessed with.
Hope to continue to get updates from you.
Life is good!

Jodi,
ey girl I was wondering where you have been and how you were.
I have been thinking about you altely.
I still have not hit my goal weight yet. I have been bouncing 139-143. It depends on how much I eat. I have been fighting old eating habits BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But anyway I was glad to hear form you....
I saw your new pics and you look great.....
Love and hugs,

Hi Chrissy,
I do miss coming on the boards but gosh between work and kids and now my own life there is to little time in the day. It is so funny how much more outgoing I am and how much more involved I have gotten myself.
I do understand the old eating habits. I have dealt with them myself. It is usually after I get home in the evening I have a few potatoe chips. I found a brand that I just love. Lays Kettle Cooked Jalepeno. Oh my gosh, why did they have to come out with those now???? Thank God I don't eat the whole bag like I would have done a year ago.
It is so good to hear from you, take care of yourself,
Hugs,
Jodi
