140 down in 11 weeks

So sorry it has taken me so long to het back with yall but busy busy here i just wanted to tell yall i was down 140lbs in 11 weeks!!!

WOW! WOW! and did I say WOW! Way to go Mike. I am so happy for you. Pics please! I know you feel a lots better and able to play better with those babies.
