Hey shelia, I PM'd you as well. I am new here as well. Chose Dr Lavin as well for my surgery. I actually called the office and left a voice mail for the Patient Advocate and she called me the next day which was today. Got my ins info and said she would call me back in a few days. I have already gotten my PCP to send over a referral. So now i am just waiting to hear back from her so i can start my process as well. I am scheduled to go to the seminar on Feb 6th at 6.30.. Go to his website as listed above and you can register for that as well. Maybe i will end up meeting you.. How Cool....... Have a great night. Michele
