Same with me....I'm giving my out of network one more week for approval (which we are on 2 months now) then I'm going to a in network I found that would be an hour 1/2 away. Everyday I loose I gain. :(

My husband has United Heath and approved after appeal with weight loss records. He used Dr Stevens in Lafayette ,LA and a HCA hospital Southwest medical center. He had surgery in Oct. and up to 81 lbs lost!. If you have all the guidelines except seminar...you are ready for them and they have them a least once a month. Need the number? just let me know! I had my surgery at Ochsner (with Dr. Richardson) in December 2005 and recommend him highly. Good luck.
