Mandeville 1/18/07

Hi, everyone. Just posting my usual reminder: tomorrow (Thursday) we'll be getting together in Mandeville at 6:00 pm. We're actually going to change venues this time. Rather than meeting at PJ's, let's try Caffe Caffe on 3900 Highway 22. The reason for the change is that it would give anyone who needs to get a bite to eat the chance to do so. I'll be there. I drove all the way to Ochsner tonight because Laura the nut. told me the meeting with the 17th. It was also on the website. I called Dr. Kennedy's office twice today to find out for sure and no one knew! Anyway, I met a really great woman who had her surgery in Aug. and she gave me two cases of Atkins protein drinks so it wasn't a total loss. I'm just upset cuz I missed Tues. meeting. Was there one? Did you go? I'll see you tomorrow. Jen

Day, Shoot I missed the meeting I really really wanted to go too. But I didn't get online last night and I forgot about it. So when you post the next one I will put it in my cell phone and in my planner too soooooooooooooooo I won't forget the next one. I work in Mandeville on HWY 22 so I know I can make it and besides my hubby bowls on Thursday night so I don't have to rush home. I hope everyone that went had a good time. hugs, Chrissy

That's OK, Chrissy. I don't think anyone showed up last night. I waited at Caffe Caffe until 6:30, then checked PJ's to see if anyone showed up there, and it didn't look like it. The next one is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 15. Hope to see you there!

Nowal, I got your message. Thanks. I didn't even check out this message board to see if there was a meeting last night. Sorry that no one showed up. By the way, are you referring to the CC's Coffee place next to Sav-A-Center (I think) in that shopping plaza near Walgreens on Hwy. 22? I hope to see you next month! Tricia
