A GREAT SNACK OR MEAL
i was at home and was hungry for some thing to just carry my taste buds away so i went snooping in the kitchen and found the best thing i have put in my mouth for a long while.
its
6 multigrain crackers
and some 2 % shreaded cheese
and some dashes od garlic powder
and some shakes of italian seasoning
and microwave for 25-30 secs
and then its heaven!!
Mike, that sounds like a good meal. If you want to kick up the protein content and lower your carbs, you can heat up a nonstick pan or griddle, and drop in some of that cheese and seasonings in little clumps. Let it melt and get nice and brown, and you'll have the most awesome cheese chips you've ever tasted. Enjoy!
