Hello All
Well, it has been forever since I have posted. Life in my household has been so hectic since school started.
Football season is officially over. Our last game was Friday night. We were in our second round of playoffs and lost. It was a bittersweet night. Very emotional for my daughter as it hit this was her last football game to cheer at. The boys finished their games a week or so ago. Thank goodness, neither of the boys get into basketball, a little break for me.
I have been doing fantastic, I will have my one year anniversary of the 12th of Dec. I go for my checkup on the 27th of Nov. I am 12lbs below my personal goal. I had all my labs done on Tuesday and got the results on Friday, everything was within normal range. I have gone from an extremely tight 18 jeans (should have worn 20) to a size 4 that is a little baggy. I wear either a small or med shirt, depending on the fit.
I bought a small skirt about two weeks ago, I put it on this week and I will need to have it altered. It is very form fitting and now it has puckers in it. Never would I have imagined that.
Christmas Eve my family and I will leave for Salt Lake City for 10 days. We have plans for snowsking, snowboarding and snowmobiling. A year ago I never would have thought about doing any of that. I am so excited to give this a try. In the past I would sit back and watch my husband and kids have all the fun. Now I get to try it and hopefully have as much fun.
Hopefully, now that football is over maybe I can get on the boards a little more. Hope all is well with everyone and so good to see the new faces.
Hugs,
Jodi
Thanks Jodi, we are doing just fine. I can't believe how big I am with this one. With my first one I didn't even start showing until seven months and here I am at thirteen weeks and look about five months already. But I'm sure it's because I'm alot smaller this time around. I've only gained four pounds, but the doctor says that is fine. He said at this point anywhere between 3 and 10 is ok. I will post some pictures on the new pages if you want to see. Thanks again for thinking of me.
Tina
Glad to hear that things are going well for you. We finished football last night in my household. My son played his last BREC game. They won the Mayors Cup. They finished the season 9-0. Emotional is an understatement. We have 3 teams, Peewees, Juniors and Seniors all three made the finals and all three won. GO Rams! I hope you enjoy SLC. I have never been on skis. too chicken for that. But I hope you and your family have a blast! Take care & Happy Thanksgiving! Bejai!
