Baton Rouge Surgeon Recommendations?

I am from Alabama and may be moving to Baton Rouge in the next few months. I am seeking a surgeon for Gastric Bypass for my follow up care. Do any of you have any recommendations? Thanks, Beth M

You can check with Dr. Le Blanc and Hausmann's office. I don't know if they do follow up for other docs tho. I know they are excellent doctors! Cindee

I second Tina's recommendation of Dr. Martin. If not for insurance issues, I would have had him as my surgeon. He's an excellent doctor who has personal experience with WLS (he has a Lap-Band). He's also an internationally recognized authority on WLS: this man wrote the book on obesity surgery. Really, he did!
