gb attack with no gb?
I felt the same thing. In my case, it was actually an internal hernia, better known as a Petersen's hernia. It's a type of intestinal hernia specific to Gastric Bypass patients. After you lose a dramatic amount of abdominal fat, there can be a space (called the Petersen's space) that becomes exposed and allows for the small intestine to become trapped. Only an experienced Bariatric Surgeon will know what to look for, so go back to your Surgeon. It often does not show up on CT, MRI or other x-ray.
That's just my experience. My doc likes to say that "maybe your gallbladder grew back". It could happen, right??
