Having the Munches alot
What helps me is if I stick to a certain eating schedule. I find the following schedule works best for me. 9 a.m. , 12 p.m., 3 p.m., 6 p.m., and a small light snack an hour before bed around 8 or 9 p.m. Also what helps is to keep already prepared and portioned out snacks handy. This helps avoid the grab anything syndrome. Also, if I just have to have something, I try to keep salad at hand, too, although I'm not sure if you're at the stage where you can have salad yet.
