Food, food and more food!
Well, I did better than I have in the past but not as great as I wanted. I started to track but then after I ate two small pieces of chocolate and a small bowl of chicken spaghetti I fell off the bandwagon. BUT, I'm not giving up! I've got my index card right here beside me and I'm writing down EVERYTHING that goes into my mouth today! It is 12:07 and I haven't done too bad. I need to vamp up the protien, though, so will have a protien shake and add some unflavored protien to up the count. Wish I had a banana but oh well.
Don't give up on me, Kim!!!! I will stand accountable tonight for everything I have eaten. I'm hoping by having to post my food intake for all to see that I will behave today! I have nine days to my one year anniversary and I hope to lose a little more before then!
