HELLO ALL YOU LOSERS

i cant wait till i can say i am a loser too. well i am new to this board i have been poking around on the mens board and the main board. but you know we always have to come home to louisiana. well i will be having my surgery the 30th of october. i have been aproved!! now i am waiting on the mail man to drop off my letter. and if it gets here soon ill be able to bump up that date sooner. i am in monroe btw and looking for a support group. Dr. Sauter does not have one. any info out there?

I don't have any info about a Monroe area support group, but we have an OHLA (Obesity Help, Louisiana) Meeting in Baton Rouge the last Thursday of every month, you are welcome to come if your in the area. Frances usually posts something on this board the last week of the month. I did want to say WELCOME to the boards, and good luck with everything.

Congrats, Mike, you are a bigger loser than you might imagine! You have taken a bold step toward health, wellness and a long, long life of playing with those precious little boys of yours. For many, the first step is the most difficult and the rest is a breeze. That's my hope for you. I'm not sure about a group in Monroe. I know of groups in Shreveport and Alexandria, but that's really not close to you at all. Please keep coming back and take part in our vitual support group here until we can gather the troops in your area. I know there are more of you out there. Welcome, Mr. Barnett! I know you must be excited to be almost at the point of becoming a big loser, eh? It is wonderful on the losing side of life, I promise! I don't ever want the old me back.
