Thanks you Rhonda! I know what you mean, I am a chronic snacker, and night time is the worst for me. I have to really work on controlling it at night. During the day, I snack, but its very limited. Night time, thats when I find myself bored, and wanting to munch on stuff. It is not an easy habit to break, but I work on it every day. Good luck to you, I know you can do it!!
