Congratulations on becoming a big loser! Soup stage - this too shall pass quickly. It seems like just yesterday I was sipping soups. It seemed forever before my surgeon let me have mashed potatoes and gravy. I had my first on Thanksgiving last year! Mmm, what a treat!!! Now life has pretty much gone back to normal except my serving sizes have been cut in more than half. The funny thing is most of the time I don't miss the extra food I no longer eat. I'm happy with my new size 8's and the WOW's everyone sends my way. Truely loving life for the first time in my life! Peggy B.
