Congrats on being on the losing side now. i haven't had my surgery yet so can't answer your question. I'm sure it will get better, tho, as time passes. Keep us updated on your weight loss.

Hello, friend! Welcome to the losing side of life. From here on out life will change at a rapid pace. Life is awesome on this side. As for feeling hungry or full, I never felt either and still don't. Sorry! I have always had and I fear will always have head hunger. I have to be careful because of the fact I don't feel hungry, I don't know when my body needs food. I tend to snack when I probably don't need to. I must be doing something right because I have lost 87.5 pounds to date with only 12.5 more to my personal goal. My surgeon is quite content where I'm at but I have always wanted to weigh in the 140's. Happy rebirth! Peggy B.
