When where you able to have coffee , and what regular food do you eat.
Hey Tracey,,
I am ashleigh,, haven't met you yet,, theres soo many new peeps on here
Well I had coffee ,, maybe 2-3 mths after surgery,, I did start out with only decaf and only splenda in it,, maybe some half and half,, but now I do regular,, only b/c thats all we get free at work!!!! lmao,, and I drink about 12 cups while working to stay up,, I use sweet and low in mine and put about 1/4 cup of hot choc for flavor,,,,
as far as sugar free things,, I am a BAD BAD BAD surgery patient,, I did SOOOOO good at first and wouldn't go near sweets ,, now even sugar free,, since when I did try something SF I dumped my ass off,, but after about 5mths I did try some non sf sweets and did fine ,,,, big big mistake,,,, b/c now I will "try" just a taste of anything,, I think I must have a freakin stomach of steel b/c I can eat/drink ANYTHING and I mean anything,, and have noooo prob,,, BUT alot alot alot of people have tons of probs with sugar,, my advice and trust me I should of followed my own advice,, since you can't have sugar in the begining ,, get used to not having it at all and stay to the sf sweets and things,, You will benefit ALOT in the end,, I am now going back to the no sweets,, its killing me too!!! I feel like presurgery , going on a diet!!! lol,,
I don't know how far ur out ,, but I would say whatever you can't have right after surgery,, Don't ever go back to,, like carbs, pasta, sweets, cokes ,, etc,,, Thats where the fats and sugar is and you will either gain a lil weight back or stay still,, at least thats where I am ,, it sucks,, best of luck
PLUS this all depends what surgery you had,,
