I'm sure Dr. Chung would probably want to know if you weren't feeling well? I know my surgeon would want to know something like that.
Also, I notice you're at Ft. Polk... me too!! When you're feelingup to it, we maybe could meet and walk or do something exercise-like?

Stop all that "stupid" stuff, girlfriend. My dad worked at Fort Polk for 26 years and I CAN FIND YOU.
I'm so sorry you are feeling poorly. My water goals are 120 ounces. My weight -- divided by 2 = Number of ounces of water. That's about 130 ounces of water right now and I try to get between 100-120 before I stop counting.
You are not getting the usual fluid from food and if you are throwing up, you are losing even more. Try real hard to boost tha****er up ***and*** call Marcie first thing in the morning. I have her number and I will be checking.
Drink, drink, stay cool and get something for the puking if you get to the point where you can't keep anything down. When you start throwing up water, fainting, feeling stomach, leg cramps or having nose bleeds, get thee to hospital.
This is tough, my friend, there are no stupid questions.
You're in my prayers,
Frances
