Exercise question.
They say it will. I dunno. I got Chicometrics, it has alot of streching exercises on it and I can feel it the next day after I do the workout. It is really a good workout, but not hard to do at all. You could try the "ole sack of taters" trick, get a five lb sack of taters, hold it behind your head with both hands, and lift it up and down, slowly. do 20 lifts per session, each day. see if that helps.
