thanx everyone for your nice feedback, ive been at the same weight for about 3 weeks now, but jumped on a good work out this morning, 7am sharp, intesifying my workout and really trying to watch what i eat... i will try to get hubby to do more pics ,, thanx again, ya'll have a great weekend, ya'll know where i will be , rhonda
