I love my postman!!!!!

Ok so I sat here in bed with the worst summer cold i ever had this afternoon. The sniffles, the sore throat, the fever, all I was wanting to do was sleep. Hubby walks in from the mail box and throws the mail down in front of me, I look at it and think oh joy more bills, I just don't want to look at it. But something told me to go ahead and open the mail, first one, a columbia house bill, no biggie... then I am on disability and had a larger envelope from social security, so I thought to myself what are they going to take out of my check now... so I open it with a heavy heart... only to find my medicare card!!!!!!!!!! the golden card that will allow my surgery, i started jumping up and down, hubby says i thought you were sick, i said i am but this is just wonderful news. It goes into effect November 1st and I can't wait to call Danielle on Monday and let her know that I received the card. I know it doesnt seem like much to everyone else, but I have been waiting for this for over 3 years now.. proof that sometimes it helps to be a little patient. I hope everyone is in great health and spirits. Going to close for now as I am still feeling ucky. Will let yall know soon as I get the date!!!!! god bless, lori
