Fluids extremely important/wild day

Hi Billie, It was very scary. My husband is on the fire department and is use to that kind of stuff but he was freaking out too, and my poor son had to watch it all. Saturday was just a jamboree. We won the first game and lost the second. My youngest son plays for Caddo Middle Magnet. My other son plays on the freshmen team for Byrd and my daughter cheers on the varsity squad at Byrd. Three football games a week, life is busy in my house. Take care, Jodi

It was extremely scary and yes I learned a very important lesson. I hope those that read my post will learn from my experience. Funny, my surgeons office called me today just calling to check on all their patients. I told the girl that called what had happened and she told me I needed to make sure I was drinking up to six hours before going outside with this heat. I really thought I was ok because I had been drinking alot while outside. Lesson learned. Hugs, Jodi
