I'm overweight!!

Wow, congratulations on being overweight! Frankly, though, I don't agree with the BMI guidelines for weight categories. Anyone who's seen your pictures (and I'm sure anyone who's seen you in person) would say you look perfectly healthy just as you are. If you're getting into size 9 jeans, you're not overweight, no matter what the scales say.

I don't agree with them either it's just the only thing out tthere to go buy. I don't think I'm overweight right now either. And I surely don't see where I have 25 more pounds to lose. Thanks, Tina
