Question for all recent Lap Band People.

Has anyone recently had the lap band surgery? I was just wondering how post op went? What to expect?

I'm two years out today -- not very recent. But I have angelette who have had complete breezes to one day in hospital. I'm old and was at a 57 BMI. Hard to compare. It really does vary every where from "a lot of pain" to up and out of there in one morning. I do have a blog with all the good, bad and ugly in it. i was just banded 8-2-06- i was up and walking the next day and went touring in MX the 2nd day. i was a little stiff for a few days, 1 incision got a little infected by was put on antibiot and all is fine. i am totaly satisfied although it does have a little discomfort, but 3 wks out. it is great. e-mail me if you want to chat.
