When did you guys feel good after surgery? I had a c-section then 2 months later I had my gall bladder removed laproscopically and wanted to get bact to work ASAP. My doctor said he has patients that go back to work in 1 week and some not until 6 weeks post op. Just wondering what you guys think Thanks for everything Billie

Hi, Billie. I had surgery on a Monday and felt fine by the time I left the hospital. I went to the mall that Saturday and returned to work the next Monday.

Hi Billie I dont work, but I could have went back after a week. I heal fast and easy. Hopefully you will too, but you should allow probably three weeks from work. Just let them know it may be possible for you to come back sooner. Tina 336/181/155

Well I can tell you I had the surgery on Wednesday, July 12th, discharged on the 14th and was walking on a treadmill for a mile on Monday the 17th -- I heal fast too and I was back to regular activities within a week.... Stephanie

Billie, At the time I was not working. I did great the first two weeks but the third and fourth I was wiped out. I did have surgery 4 weeks before my WLS so the combination of both didn't help. I suggest if you have the time take it. Even tough, you may feel great the extra little naps will be real nice. Remember this is major surgery, don't pu**** Jodi
