WOW!!! A great moment in my life...

My daughter and I went shopping today. I BOUGHT AND AM WEARING A PAIR OF SIZE 10 JEANS! Sorry, just had to shout from the rooftops! It is awesome. I went into the mall restroom after buying them, and put them on. I stopped in front of a glass door leading into another store, and stared. Now, some people may consider it conceited but I looked at my daughter and said, I really am getting thin aren't I? It was said in awe 'cause I really don't see myself as "skinny" yet. I'm thinner, but... Does the mind ever catch up with the body????? Have a great weekend everyone! And I pray y'all are blessed with WOW moments every day. Peggy B.

Way to go Peggy, You are not conceited at all, you deserve to stand there and look at yourself. If I said you were conceited then I would have to think of myself as being conceited too and that ain't gonna happen!!!!!! We have worked way to hard to acheive what we have!!!! Way to go girl. Hey Peggy, I don't htink that your are conceited at all. I think that too alot. I know how it feels to try on apair of jeans in a size that I have not worn in year and years. I see myself and thinner too but not skinny yet too. I guess eventully our brians will catch up to our bodies.... I am now into some size 6 jeans if they are stretch but for the most part I am in a size 8. I have not been that since High School back in the 1980's. Keep up the good wrok. Love ya, Chrissy

Peggy -- It isn't conceited at all. They're WOW moments because we don't see the changes day to day! Other people might but we don't! I don't know if the mind ever catches up with the body. I had this same problem when I lost weight previous times before surgery... who IS that person in the mirror? Congratulations! Judy

Hi Peggy, you look great! I still remember the issues you had post op, thank goodness you did great now and look great! stand tall and be proud! I still don't believe it myself, people see me in the hospital where i work, and start screaming when they see me, i have to tell them to be quieter, they make a scene and everyone starts staring,,, i hope to work on my website this week, I dont have any pics on there, i will get my hubby to assist and hopefully tina peak to assist,,, i havn't seen her in so long, trying to work overtime, back to you ------ be proud---- !!!!!!!
