hi back everyone! Car shopping is over for now , thank goodness, hate doing that!, and my house didn't sell, so we took it off the market, interest rates are to high, and no one wants to buy, so we will stay here for now, Frances i work the weekends, nights so thats why i never see ya, hope to see everyone soon, daughter is going to college soon, she moved in with friends, so me and hubby is having empty nest syndrome, 2 story house with just the two of us and our 40lb dog. We are trying to find new hobbies to do together,since kids are grown and gone! glad to hear from everyone! see ya! Rhonda

Rhonda, hey I was wondering where you were and how you were doing. So how is the weight loss coming along? I was suppose to go see Dr Lavin on Wed the 16 for my one year but changed ins and have to wait for it to take effect so I resch it for the 23rd. I will be one year Wed. hi chrissy and tina, im trying to keep up with the board, im doing good, but can eat more now, scared i will gain my weight back , so we are going to the ymca in the morning, i like to do my workout earlier , i get more tired during the day and decide not to work out. i've lost 116 lbs since 11/16/05 . yes, thats a lot, but i don't want to gain it back.. ya'll all look great, hopefully tomm. i will get husband to take pics and redo my profile page.. thank you for all your support! rhonda
