Support group meetings

dr.ordoyne's office has a support meeting at 7:00 p.m.every third monday of the month @St.Tammany's hospital in the conference area! Everyone is welcomed !!!!!Super nice group!!!!!!!

Hi Julie, OHLA is the state chapter of obesityhelp and we meet in Baton Rouge on the last Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. We meet at a BREC park near downtown. Also, there will be informal meetings (over coffee, lunch, etc.) between several OHLA members who live in Livingston and Ascension Parishes. I went to one such lunch in Denham Springs last week. These meetings are not connected to a medical practice and OHLA is free to join. There are other support organizations which are free or which may cost a small fee to be a part of because they are formed for a particular doctor's practice. I don't want to sound like a commercial, so I want list them. If you are interested in a doctor-led group, please let me know. I look forward to meeting you when you return to the state. Onward!
