Jodi, I am so happy for you. I would love to be under 140. I am at 146. My husband and I have joined a gym and we work out 6 days a week. We are addicted to the gym. Maybe this will jumpstart my weight loss. I really thing that I don't eat enough calories each day. I drink 3 protein shakes every day and this really fills me up. But I don't want to stop the shakes because I really feel that protein shakes are the secret to keeping the weight from coming back. How tall are you? I always thought I was 5' 4" and then my husband measured me at home and said I was 5' 3.5". Well, the other night the fitness consultant at the gym measured me and she said I am definitely 5' 4". So, I only need to lose one more pound to be normal weight. But I would like to be 135, but after my tummy tuck I will probably lose 10 lbs from the tummy skin. Hi Lynn, Thank you for the kind words. You are doing great going to the gym 6 days a week. That is fantastic. I'm sure you will get under 140 soon. I went through a spell of not losing weight and I found I was only getting in 800 calories at the most. I increased my intake with healthy calories and started to lose again. I had read some where that I need between 1000-1200 to lose. Not sure about it but it did seem to help. I'm trying to figure out how to get a tummy tuck and a breast lift. Since insurance won't pay for it I will have to do some figuring. Sure want it bad... Again, I'd like to thank you for the kind words. Jodi

Jodi, Congratulations, I am so happy for you!!!! I bet that is one of the best feelings in the world. I am contemplating the time when I can be where you and so many before you are now. I am so pleased for you. I know that people tell you that, but the ones who truly understand it, is the ones that have been down the road you have been and always will be for the rest of your and our life. Don't live by the scale, but live by the feeling that you have now. Please accept the congratulations of the many of us. Debbie I just love all this little guys. They tickle me to death.

That is soooo awesome!! That's just great that you reached it. You are such a positive influence for all of us -- well for me at least. I'm so happy to see someone reach their goal!! That's so great about running around the block! I love when I hit little milestones like that (uhm, not that I have ran around the block). I'd love to just give ya big ole hug!

Lin, Look at your new picture!!! Oh my gosh!!!!! What a big difference, you are looking great girl. I know you must be proud. Thank you so much for your kind words. I have never in my life ran, even when I was so much smaller so it really shocked me last night. How have you been doing? I sure hope your complications are done and over with. I know you had a rough time in July. Thanks again Lin, Hugs, Jodi

Good for you!!!! We are all so PROUD for you. I hope that I can say the same thing soon!! I've actually gained about 4 lbs. recently and it scares me a LOT!!! I'm only 15 lbs. from my goal of 135 and I soooooo don't want to regain ANY of this. I will be two years out in September, and would LOVE to be at goal by September 15 when I see my doctors again. Again, I am so happy for you. Keep up the good work!!! Hugs, Pam
