ALMOST THERE!!!!!

Hi Everyone! Well I had my consult with Dr.Ordoyne today.I like him and was real comfortable with him.He said he didn't see a problem with Medicaid not approving me and was going to write the letter and send it out.So now I play the waiting game.(which I'm not a patient person).If anyone else had Medicaid How long did it take to hear back from them?

Well margaret im glad your comfortable with Dr. O hes a great person! And what I experience with the whole situation is that you have to stay on top of everything. Call about every week to check the status. And also call medicaid to check the status on your case. I got denied 5 times because the right info was not submitted. I was really discouraged. So I called medicaid to see exactly what was needed and they approved me in less than a week. If you need there pre-authorization number, e-mail. Good luck!
