I had a JP drain and it was removed today. It wasn't so bad. I was all freaked out. Marcie (for the california board post is a woman at my Doc's office *Dr.Chung* that I am guessing is an assistant, I am not sure what her actual title is) helped me stay clam and once all was done It wasn't that bad. Your mind will make anticipation of almost any event killer. I am feeling great and I have shed 15 pounds since I first went in there for consult. YIPPI~ 15lb. I can't wait till the more substancial numbers is what I get to hear. However the little accomplishments give me joy just the same. I hope all is well with everyone. Christina

It truely wasn't that bad and thank you for your assistance in the calming process. I needed it. BADLY! This is the first time I have actually seen you on here and now it's nice not to just feel like I have a lurker.. LOL I am on the California bored most because this bored seems so... um.. kind of less active as I would like. Also I have family on the California bored. If you seem to loose me compleatly on here that is where I am at. Thank you again. Christina

Christina, Stay with us also. A lot of times we come on here and by the time you read about what is going on on the board, then you gotta go and do something. I think that you will find that after your surgery, you tend to draw into yourself and deal with all the new things that will be coming your way in the new life of yours and you tend to fall away from not only the boards, but also the posting on your profile. Be sure to keep track and we are here for you and always will be. It is kinda like a "pay it forward" type of thing. Someone held on to us and took us through it and we are making sure that others have the same chance. Debbie
