My wow moment was losing 4lbs since thursday. That hasn't happened in awhile. I was barley losing a pound a week. I guess eating more has done the trick. Tina 336/195/145

My Wow moment was eating out at Lone Star..... I FIT IN THE BOOTH!! Last time I was there, we waited for a table, b/c the time before that, I was so uncomfortable in the booth.

Hi all! My wow moment came when I went to see Dr. Raum and did a body comp and he told me that I had lost 38 lbs of fat and gained 33 lbs of lean muscle. And then to top that I got to go to the OHLA meeting and meet some of the people that I have only heard about.

My WOW moment happens every time I look at my posting picture here. Is that realy me? Another WOW moment happened last night when my daughter, her friend and I went to a late movie (And I mean late! Like 10:45 p.m. late...lol). When getting ready to leave, her friend asked me why I was so dressed up. I didn't think I was. Had on blue jeans, black top and one of those short waisted crochet tops every is wearing now. I said that I didn't think I was that dressed up. She grinned and retorted, "Yea, now that you've lost all that weight you just want to show off." Didn't know if she was joking or not. Sounded kind of sassy for a teenager to be saying to a grown woman but I brushed it off and responded, "Yup, I've got lots of years to make up for!" Anyhow, may all of you be blessed with WOW moments every moment of every day! Peggy B.
