Ab Lounger?

I don't know anything about the ab lounger, but I am going to order Chicometrics. I think it will be an easy to follow program, and its low impact, high results. I am getting a treadmill too. Cindee

Sounds like a plan. I have a treadmill and a home gym and use them religiously these days, I think for fear of not reaching my goal. But my hubby is on a kick where he wants to lose his gut because that is really all he has he is slender everywhere else. And he said that he would use it if I ordered it. I know I will I've turned into some kinda exercise junkie. I was just hoping someone would have something good to say about it before I forked out a 100 buck for it, ya know. Tina

tina.. I am 8 weeks out, I just bought an ablounger this weekend at Academy. Walmart also has them for 100.00. i was told by several WLS friends that they really are satisfied with it. i think you will be glad if you get one Kateri
