What do I put on Medical ID Bracelet?

I have had the Gastric Wt. loss surgery. What do I have put on my medical ID Bracelet for the gastric as I'm getting an ID Bracelet? Thank you, Andria

Mine says the following: First and last name gastric bypass RNY No Blind NG Tube No NSAIDS Allergic to: Medicine and Medicine

I had my surgery on 09/01/04 - and have done real well, but couldn't find my info. that told me what to put on the Id bracelet. Thanks so much, Andria
