Just wanted to say hello!!!
Hi, everyone. It's been awhile. Since surgery, life is good, getting better every day. With the exception of having to have a hernia operation coming up one of these months. Ugh!!!
I've hit another plateau and so today I started the Plateau Buster diet. Man! I am so hungry for carbs right now. This is hard! I did finally break down and ate an orange.
Has anyone else ever done this plateau buster? Does it work? Did you allow yourself veggies or fruit?

hi, boy everyone looks so different! we are skinni minis!!! peggy, thanx for asking, ive been working, everything is great, i hit plateaus too, but i don't get to concerned about it total loss 103lbs, trying to not do alot of snacking, and staying away from starches more.. i was exercising, but didn' t see a massive change in weight loss, so slowed down a bit, nice to hear from you,,, rhonda 293/190/130
I've pretty much lost weight everywhere...except my ankles! Dadburn it!!! They're still thick. In my daydreams, I pictured myself finally wearing a pair of high heel shoes and looking like a model. Yea, right! I'm not in the world of reality am I? The veins on my legs are still there along with the pooch in my belly where a hernia waits to be repaired. Oh well, at least I still have my dream.
Have a great day!

Thanks! It feels so good to finally be able to wear shorts and sleevless shirts again. Although, I must say, I still have what I call bat wings on my arms and a few wrinkles of skin around the top of my legs. When I go out in public I tend to wear my blue jeans...hides some of the flaws that will always be with me, 'cause I ain't gonna' get a tummy tuck, leg tuck, arm tuck...any kind of tuck. I'm just glad the weight is going, going....almost gone.
Have you had your surgery yet? If not, is it scheduled? Who is your surgeon?
Talk at you later!
