Back on Track
I have returned to the treadmill. I have really been slacking the last three weeks or so. But today I got back on and feel better for it. I want to be at goal by my one year anniversary. Which is September the 29th, I have 54 more pounds to go so I better get on the ball. I average ten pounds a month now so if I buckle down and get to work I think I can manage the extra twenty. I still lift weights every other day to keep my muscles tone so I know that will help too. I know I can do it.

I need to get back on track too with working out.
I know if you keep on track then you will meet your goal.
My year is on Aug 16 I still have about 10-15 pounds to lose before then.
I know we both can do it.

Good for you!! I am buying a tredmill next month, after we move into our new house, and have the space for it, I cannot wait!! It is just too hot to go outside and walk right now, and I don't see any relief till summers over. I know you can do this and you will get to your goal. Keep up the great work, and don't forget to eat!!!
Thanks Patricia! My husband has been the main reason for my good attitude. I use to be a very negative person and always looked for the bad in everything. He has changed that about me he is such a positive person it's hard to be negative. I think that is why I love him so much. He has made me a better person for loving him. I wouldn't be where I am if it weren't for him. He is also like my personal trainer. Whenever I'm ready to quit he's there with some words of wisdom or some encouragement to keep me going.
Also reading about everyone else reaching their goals makes me want to work harder to so I can be the one reaching my goals.
